On 4 April 2009, the Šiauliai Regional Court dismissed the defendant’s appeal, in which he appealed against the decision of the Raseiniai District Court of 10 October 2008 which was in favor of the represented plaintiff regarding the debt of LTL 70,267.00. Interests of the plaintiff were defended.
