2008 10. The Klaipėda Regional Court awarded the represented plaintiff a debt of LTL 641250.00. The defendant challenged the debt on the ground that, in his view, the plaintiff had failed to fulfill his contractual obligations and had provided evidence in support thereof. The defendant’s appeal was rejected by the Lithuanian Court of Appeal on 4 April 2009.
