2007 11 The Supreme Court of Lithuania annulled the decision of the Vilnius Regional Court of 5 May 2007 and upheld the decision of the Trakai District Court of 1 January 2007 rejecting the plaintiff’s claim for renewal of the term for acceptance of the estate, annulment of the legal succession certificate issued to the defendant.
We defended the defendant, who took proper care of accepting the inheritance.
