The police made a decision to punish a person for leaving the place of the traffic accident with a fine of LTL 3,500.00. On April 4, 2006, the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court upheld the police decision. We represented the convicted person and filed an appeal – on June 6, 2006 the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania annulled the decisions of the court of first instance and the police.
